Erin Moore is a REALTOR® with Paul Wesley Real Estate serving buyers and sellers throughout the Shenandoah Valley, including Augusta County, Staunton, Waynesboro, Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, Rockbridge County, Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Nelson County, Wintergreen, and surrounding areas.
A lifelong Virginian and lifelong resident of the Shenandoah Valley region, Erin brings more than real estate knowledge to her clients—she brings a lifetime of local knowledge. Having lived, worked, and built her life here, she has a deep familiarity with the communities, towns, rural areas, and real estate markets that make this part of Virginia unique. She genuinely loves the Shenandoah Valley and enjoys putting that local knowledge to work for her clients, providing the information and resources they need to make confident, informed decisions.
Erin has a special focus on working with Veterans and VA homebuyers and has extensive experience navigating VA-financed transactions. In 2025 alone, she closed more than 20 real estate transactions, including 15+ transactions working with Veterans and VA buyers.
Relocation is also a significant part of Erin’s business. She assists clients moving both to and from the Shenandoah Valley and understands the additional coordination that comes with buying or selling a home from a distance. From virtual showings and inspections to coordinating vendors, timelines, and closing details, Erin works to make long-distance real estate transactions as seamless as possible.
Her real estate experience also includes first-time homebuyers, new construction, country homes, farms, and single-family properties.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Erin spent 10 years as a 911 Emergency Communications Officer serving Albemarle County, Charlottesville, and the University of Virginia. That experience continues to shape the way she approaches real estate today: stay calm, communicate clearly, pay attention to the details, solve problems, and advocate for the people depending on you.
For Erin, real estate is about more than houses and contracts. She believes her clients deserve honest information, knowledgeable guidance, strong advocacy, and an agent who stays engaged from the first conversation through closing day. Whether someone is making a move across town or across the country, Erin’s goal is simple: make a complicated process feel a whole lot more manageable.
We’re looking for agents who believe that real estate is about people, and that guiding them through major life moments is a privilege. Come join a team that is bringing real estate back to its roots and putting the customer experience front and center by working with integrity, character and trust.
