Katie dove into real estate in 2005 after graduating from the University of Denver, where she competed as a Division I swimmer. A proud military brat and the only girl in a house of three brothers, she learned early how to compete, adapt, and hold her own—skills that serve her clients well in today’s fast-moving market.

She joined the business alongside her mom, Mary Beth, and together they built a client-first approach rooted in trust, hustle, and results. With nearly two decades of experience helping buyers and sellers across Northern Virginia, Katie blends market savvy, fierce negotiation skills, and an easygoing confidence that puts people at ease.

A longtime resident of Bristow, Katie lives with her husband Ben, their three daughters—including a set of high-energy twins—and their sweet rescue dog, Dixie. Her deep community ties aren’t just professional—they’re personal. She knows what it’s like to put down roots here, and she loves helping others do the same.
