About Rachel Foster

Some people would say that Rachel Foster was born into real estate. Her uncle, P. Wesley Foster, Jr., founded Long & Foster in 1968 — building what became the largest privately owned residential real estate company in the United States on a foundation of trust, family, and excellence. Today, Rachel carries that legacy forward as Senior Vice President and Principal Broker of Paul Wesley Real Estate, a family-owned independent brokerage serving Northern Virginia and the greater DMV.

Licensed since 2013, Rachel spent 13 years at Long & Foster, progressing from Realtor to Sales Manager to Managing Broker of the Great Falls, McLean, and McLean Elm offices. Her focus on top-quality agent education and coaching means that Paul Wesley's agents are exceptional at what they do — so that the biggest purchase of your life is in the best possible hands.

Before real estate, Rachel spent 19 years in education — as a high school teacher, professional developer, and ultimately an Assistant Superintendent. That background shapes everything about how she leads: with patience, intention, and a genuine investment in the people around her.

A native of Jonesboro, Georgia, Rachel has called Virginia home for years and wouldn't have it any other way. When she's not in the office, you'll most likely find her on a trail in the Shenandoah Mountains.
