Hi, I’m Sarah Breeden, a REALTOR® with Paul Wesley, proudly serving Augusta County, Waynesboro, Staunton, Stuarts Draft, and the surrounding communities. Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying involved with local schools, community events, and supporting youth sports. Family means everything to me, and I bring that same sense of loyalty and care into my work.
