About Traci Hopkins

Traci was born and raised in Northern Virginia, where she began her career in event planning in an entry-level role. More than 30 years later, she is still doing what she loves most—creating memorable experiences and bringing people together. Known for her ability to think outside the box, Traci specializes in designing “wow” moments while also delivering meaningful education and training content. Winner of the 2025 Visionary Award for the Smart Women in Meetings Awards.

She is a true team player who isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. If she doesn’t have the answer, she’ll find it—bringing resourcefulness, dedication, and a positive attitude to everything she does. Always willing to lend a helping hand.

Outside of work, Traci is married and the proud mother of a beautiful daughter who attends the University of Kentucky, where she is pursuing a pre-med degree. In her free time, Traci enjoys country music, camping, and spending time on the water.
